You are only allowed 5 "transactions" per registration.  If you have to add/delete/transfer more than 5 people, then you will have to log back in and complete another form.

Remember that all requests must be made 72 hours prior to the game in which the player will play.

All ID cards for deleted players must be returned to NTWSA.

The deleted player's ID card must be returned to NTWSA before the new added player's ID card will be given to the captain.  Please contact Patti Callahan to make arrangements to return the ID card.
