Any team forfeiting less than 72 hours prior to a game shall be held responsible for all expenses incurred by the Association for the forfeited game (i.e., referee fees plus a flat fee of $20 for administrative fees). In the case of a double forfeit, both teams will split in half the fees that need to be paid.
