A team requesting reimbursement for a Fall season game must submit their request on or before December 31 of that year. Payment will NOT be rendered for anything submitted after December 31 of that year.
A team requesting a reimbursement for a Spring season game must submit their request on or before June 30 of that year. Payment will NOT be rendered for anything submitted after June 30 of that year.
A team requesting reimbursement for a Summer season game must submit their request on or before August 31 of that year. Payment will NOT be rendered for anything submitted after August 31 of that year.
