MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO REGISTER!
This registration session will allow you to complete contact information and submit payment for the insurance. THIS IS IN ADDITION TO THE SEPARATE PLAYER REGISTRATION. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account. You will NOT have the ability to pay offline.
INSURANCE FEE
Every seasonal soccer year (September 1st - August 31st) a player is REQUIRED to purchase insurance per North Texas State Soccer Association in order to participate in NTSSA sanctioned activities. The fee for this seasonal soccer year is $23.
You are ineligible to play if you are not current on insurance. If you are unsure whether you need to purchase the insurance, please contact me and I will let you know.
It is your responsibility to make sure this has been taken care of so that you are eligible to play.
